A loan of $2,000 helped a member to buy stocks of drinks, meat products, and snacks.

Glory Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 43-year-old Stewart from Harare. He is married with two children, one of whom is still in school. Stewart runs a restaurant business selling fast food. The business has been in operation for 6 years. He says the main challenge faced is competition as the business depends on customers among motorists and there are some other players by the road side. Stewart has requested a loan of $400.00 to purchase additional stocks of soft drinks, meat products, and snacks. He says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will enable him to pay school fees for his school-going child to go to a better school. In the future, Stewart plans to have a state-of-the-art restaurant.
