Ryskan's story

Ryskan is a widow and has one son. Her son lives together with her and helps her with the business. Ryskan has been involved in animal husbandry, breeding and fattening up livestock for 26 years. Having started with a sum of 10,000 som (KGS), she put all of her efforts toward growing her business. Today, her business has one cow, two calves, one foal, a feeding base of 20 carts of hay, 500 corn sheaves, and 1 ton of corn, and also has livestock at the autumn pasture. In order to further grow her business, Ryskan requested a loan in the sum of 120,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to purchase calves and lambs. She plans to use the earning from this loan to rebuild a barn in order to improve conditions for keeping livestock.
