A loan of $750 helped buy bags of fertilizer and manure.

Antonia's story

Antonia is 42 years old and has been married to Mauro for 38 years. They live in their own home with their six little children to whom they want to provide a better quality of life.

Antonia is a hard-working woman who gets up very early to go to her farm where she grows cocoa and coffee. With the help of her husband she manages to have good crops due to their incessant attention. She spent 20 years dedicating herself to this activity, as it seemed to be profitable given the good quality of their products.

What she likes most about her job is the constant care she brings to her crops. She also believes that the hardest part is the rainy season which sometimes prevents her to go tend to her crops, although she knows that rain is very beneficial.

With the money requested she will buy products to maintain her different crops, such as fertilizer and manure, among others. This credit loan is the ninth granted by MFP, to which they commit to continue paying their dues.

The requested loan of 2,000 nuevos soles will enable her to buy fertilizer and manure to maintain their crops.
