A loan of $375 helped to purchase pigs.

Nicanor's story

Nicanor is a single 19 year old. He lives at his siblings’ house and feels very grateful because they give him a roof.
A month ago, Nicanor took a job as a construction worker in the community of Santa Rosa. He is a young man that likes to stand out. What he likes most about his work is that he is always spending time with his colleagues, with whom he shares moments of joy. He also considers that the most difficult thing is having to work hard in order to make a living.
In the future, Nicanor wants to have a farm to raise pigs, as he thinks this could be a profitable business. This will be his first loan with the institution and he expects help to achieve his goals. He is very happy with his Communal Bank because it has given him and the other members an opportunity to work together. With the 1,000 New Soles he will be able to purchase pigs and thus, to open a farm.
