Shahida's Group's story

Shahida is requesting for a loan from KIVA partner Asasah for her husband’s grocery store business. With the loan investment, he will buy grocery stock in bulk quantity such as spices, sugar, cooking oil, snacks, etc. This will allow for better customer service in his store and increase his profits and sales. He is very fair in his rates and treats his clients very respectfully. Shahida has a lot of confidence in her husband and very certain that he will make good use of loan and successfully increase his profits. Shahida is a housewife and performs her household tasks by staying at home. She is very good in nature and tries to provide comfort to her family with her efforts. She has given birth to four sons. Two of them work in private organizations while other two are studying. She is very confident of her husband’s business success after the loan investment and hopeful that it will help her family build a better financial life.
