Rosmery's story

Rosmery is 46 years old, lives in the municipality of Malambo, and has a 27-year old daughter. There, she works selling various merchandise, such as sheets, clothes, footwear, and bags, which she provides to her clients on credit with installment periods tailored to their needs. When she began as an entrepreneur, she sold silver items, and through that, she found her first domestic customers. These customers began to grow, little by little, with the useful service that Rosmery offered them. Gradually she was able to accumulate all the products like the ones she sells today. With her business, she has paid for the education of her daughter, who has succeeded by her own efforts. Her daughter is now a professional accountant and helps Rosmery with some of the household expenses. Rosmery's dream is to expand her business and, one day, to buy her own car. She is applying for her first loan, which she will use to buy footwear, bags, articles of clothing. The most profitable period for her business is approaching, because her customers usually begin asking for more things. This is the reason for her desired investment. She plans to succeed because with cash, she will be able to buy more with better discounts, which will translate into profits for her.
