A loan of $375 helped to buy bags of fertilizer.

Elva's story

Elva, 21, is a country woman. She lives with her mother Graciela and her three siblings, José, Sayuri, and Alex, whom she takes care of in her own home, located in the community of Armaspampa.

A short time ago she sold the two bulls that she had. She works raising animals, such as her fifteen sheep, three cows, and bulls, which she feeds to fatten and later sell. It is going very well for her in her business and she likes this, since in this way she can help her siblings and Graciela, her mother, who is a courageous single mother. At the same time, she has potato, barley, pea, bean, and wheat crops, which she grows on her own croplands. She says she has two hectares that in each harvest produce food that she sells in the market of Acostambo.

Now she wants to increase her livestock since she sold many animals and has only a few remaining.

She belongs to the Jatum Llacta solidarity group, and this is her first loan with MFP. She hopes for your collaboration so she can realize her plans. On the other hand, she promises to make her payments. Also, she likes to be part of her bank because all the members are responsible and supportive people.

When Elva receives her support she will invest the requested money in buying natural fertilizer to spread on her crop of Yungay potatoes.
