A loan of $1,300 helped a member to buy chickens to raise and later sell.

Mujeres Dinámicas Group's story

The name of the Mujeres Dinámicas group was chosen by the ten women who make up this Fundación Paraguaya communal bank of women, who live in the city of Villa Ygatimi. They are currently in the first loan cycle of the Fundación's program for women entrepreneurs, but they say they're very enthusiastic about continuing with the other cycles.

One of the members is Gloria, who works raising chickens. She says it's a wonderful job and she loves it. Thanks to this she can get ahead in her projects, since this generates the necessary income for her. She would like to continue growing and one day have a place to sell her chickens.

She is requesting the loan so that she can continue to grow, since she wants to buy more chickens to raise and later sell. She is grateful for this opportunity that is being given to her, since it's very important for her and the other members.

In this group: Gloria Estela, Liz, Monica, Maria, Silvia, Ana, Gregoria, Delfina, Mirian, Norma
