Samey, 31, is married and resides with her husband and four children in Kampong Chnang Province, Cambodia, an area known for quality palm products. Samey and her husband sell food. This couple works so hard every day to earn income to help cover the family expenses. Samey is requesting a loan of USD 600 to purchase shoes to resell which will allow her family to generate more income. In the future, she would like to use any additional income to repair her house. This will be her second loan from KREDIT, a longstanding Kiva partner.
KREDIT Microfinance Institution Plc., is one of Kiva’s most established partners in Southeast Asia.
