A loan of $375 helped to buy aluminum frames, glass and materials for photo albums.

Ketty's story

Ketty, 33, is a good, kind, very hardworking woman. She has a spouse and they have two children who are 11 and 4 years old. She and her spouse work hard to provide a better quality of life for their children. She owns her house where she lives with her spouse and two minor children who push her to always move forward.

Ketty’s work consists in capturing the important moments and events in people’s lives through her camera. She provides photography services at various events and happenings in the city. Besides doing this service wherever she’s asked to she also has a small photography studio at home that her husband runs. Besides developing film they also make diplomas, certificates and other things. She’s been in this business 11 years and her spouse always supported her efforts since they work well together. What she likes about her work is that it allows her to have two incomes: the fixed income thanks to the home-based studio and the other when she goes to various events at the request of the organizers.

At first, like all entrepreneurs, she had some difficulty and fear but with time she settled into the work and now she’s very good at it and well known for her work. Her goal is to expand the business to have more to offer her customers.

This will be MFP loan #2 and she hopes to get this small loan that will help her reach her objectives. On the other hand, she once again commits to make her installment payments like she did with the previous loan having been very good and responsible with respect to the payments. She will use the requested amount to buy aluminum frames, glass and other supplies for picture frames because she has requests for school graduations.
