Mujeres Luchadoras Group's story

In the city of Luque there are 16 women who joined together to help each other through team work. They formed a communal bank called "Mujeres Luchadoras" in which they have placed great hope for growth, not only economic but also personal.

One of these "determined women" is Mrs. Mirna who sells all kinds of beverages. Through her business she has been able to earn enough income to support her family and maintain the business. Mirna sees herself as a hard-working, determined entrepreneur with much of self-sacrifice.

She is requesting a loan from the Fundación Paraguay and Kiva to buy wines, whiskeys, energy drinks and other items to stock her business and offer more variety to customers.
