The group “la Finca” [the Farm] is made up of three hardworking and enterprising people who have worked with ADIM through nine loans.

The group coordinator is Ileana Margarita, who has made her living selling meat for five years in one of the biggest markets in Managua. She will use the loan to buy round steak, trimmings and bones, etc.

The other members are Concepción, who has made a living selling meat for 30 years, and Heydi, who has sold used clothing for six years.

El grupo la Finca lo conforman tres personas trabajadoras y emprendedoras quienes tienen nueve ciclos de trabajar con Adim. La coordinadora del grupo es la señora Ileana Margarita quien se dedica a la venta de carne desde hace 5 años en uno de los mercados más grandes de Managua.
Ella invertirá el crédito en posta, recorte y hueso…etc.
Las otras integrantes son Concepción quien se dedica a la venta de carne hace 30 años y Heydi quien vende ropa usada desde hace 6 años.

About ADIM

This is a Group Loan

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
