A loan of $1,125 helped to buy more clothing and accessories for Christmas.

Mitzy's story

Mitzy, age 27, is an enterprising and very hard-working woman. She is married to Carlos, and lives with him and their three-year-old child in a home which they were able to buy after a great deal of hard work. Mitzy sells clothing and women's accessories; she has her own boutique which she opened two years ago in a special area of her home. This way, she does not have to pay rent. She provides very good customer service, and works alone. She enjoys her work because she is independent and can make her own money and support her husband with the household costs. She also has time to take care of her little one. Mitzy plans to open another location in a central area of the city, in order to expand her business more. This will be her fourth loan with MFP, and she is happy to have their support. She will invest all of this loan in the purchase of a large variety of clothing and accessories for the Christmas season.
