Adjeniya Group's story

The Adjeniya group is composed of three members who reside in the same neighborhood. The representative of the group is named Mary and is raising her hand in the photo. To raise the level of their business and better meet the demand of their customers, this group is seeking for the first time a financial support from ALIDé.

Mary is 32 years old and is married to a vulcanizer named Nassirou. They have two children who both attend school and live under their care. Mary herself did not attend school. She lives together with her husband and children.

For the past four years, Marie has been selling various products (soap, canned goods, pasta, and milk) as an itinerant vendor. She gets her supplies from one of the markets in Benin.

In order to strengthen their business and better serve their customers, Mary and the other Adjeniya group members are seeking a first credit loan from ALIDé.
