Jose Luis
José Luis is a very hard-working man who is very responsible so far as his family is concerned. What José most wants is to offer his family a better quality of life and a decent home to live in. A year ago, he acquired his home through a government-subsidized housing scheme. This was a benefit to him as it meant he didn't have to live in a rental house or in a family member's house. Right now, José would like to build a wall out the front of his house and round one side as the house is on a corner and so it is more probable that people will come and burgle his home or that his children could have an accident. In this way, he will be sure that his little ones will play within the yard and be safe. What he did was place pallets around his home but they are exposed to falling down because they are not well placed. In order to ensure his wall is strong, he would like to build it from blocks and needs to buy building materials.
