A loan of $800 helped to buy a 4 cylinder diesel engine for his school minibus.

José Dolores's story

Señor José is 30 years old, married and has 4 children. He lives with his wife and 4 children. When he was 14 years old he learned how drive at the school he attended. Since getting married his life has been a constant struggle to take care of his family. He gets up at 4:30 in the morning and goes to collect the children in his neighbourhood in his school minibus. Later, at midday, he goes and collects the children at school to take them home. The weekends are spent taking photos and videos at events such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, etc., which he edits himself. He only wants to give his family the best.

José is asking for a loan to invest in the purchase of another engine for his vehicle as the one he has has 6 pistons and uses too much petrol. He wants to buy a 4 cylinder diesel engine. In this way he will save on petrol and offer his customers a good service, at a better price which will generate a better income for his family.

José saves as much as he can to buy a bigger minibus as there are more children every day in his neighbourhood that travel to school. He also dreams of his daughters graduating and becoming professionals as this will the inheritance he leaves them.
