Zenabo's story

Mrs. Zenabo is married and has three children. The oldest is 16 and the youngest is 2. Two of them attend school, and she has six people in her care. She has been making attiéké (a cassava-based dish similar to couscous) for three years. She buys her supplies at the train station in Ouagadougou. Her customers are comprised of men, women, and children. She wants to buy 15 sacks of cassava paste, five 6-kilogram gas cylinders, and 10 packets of sachets for packaging. With her profits, she wants to buy extra paste for her supplies. She would like to build an attiéké production unit and help her husband with the education and health of their children.
