A loan of $350 helped to buy cedar, pine, and laurel wood.

Juan Antonio's story

Juan is a carpinter and lives with his parents and younger sister. For approximately four years he has worked making wood coffins. He works on a contract order basis every day of the week.

He is requesting a loan to buy cedar, pine and laurel wood and pay for the tool maintenance. The loan will help him keep his workshop up to date and his tools in good working condition. In this way he can increase capacity to make furniture and more coffins.

Juan wants to increase his business potential and become more well-known in the market. He hopes this will increase his customer base and product demand so his business is more successful.
