A loan of $525 helped to buy blouses, skirts, shorts, pants and shirts for both sexes.

Rosa Melida's story

Rosa lives with her husband and three children. She sells tamales and clothing. She learned her tamale business from her mother and she started her clothing business together with her husband. She sells tamales every day during the afternoons and she sells clothing from Monday to Sunday.

She needs a loan to buy women and men’s clothing such as blouses, skirts, shorts, pants and shirts. In this way, she will be able to offer her customers a greater variety of merchandise and this will help her earn a higher income.

Rosa’s dream is to continue with her business, to have her own shop in the future, and to provide a better life for her family.
