Patience's story

Patience O. is a 29-year-old single mother who supports her 2 young children. She is a trader who sells children’s clothing at the local market. Currently, she fills her basket with clothes and heads off to the market to sell her products to local customers, but she would one day like to have her own shop in which to sell her clothes. She is requesting $325 to buy children’s clothing, such as dresses, jeans and shirts. In addition, Patience is also a member of a lending group called “Everlasting Grace Association” which consists of 14 women in Cape Coast, Ghana.
