A loan of $2,000 helped a member to buy grocery stocks.

Dzimbabwe Group's story

Janet, a 39-year-old married mother of five children, four of whom attend school, sells groceries in Harare, the capital city of Zimbabwe. In business for five years, her main challenges are price increases and competition.

Janet has requested a loan of $400.00 to buy groceries for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to improve the well-being of her family, and in the future she plans to open a giant retail shop.
