Consciente de esto, el señor José Norberto ha acudido a Ceprodel porque atraviesa el problema en el que su vivienda requiere la mejora y para ello está solicitando el crédito para la compra de materiales de construcción en especial cemento y arena y de esta manera fortalecer dicha vivienda y darle una mejora completa. De esta forma beneficia tanto a su familia como a él mismo proporcionándole mejores condiciones de vida.
