Ebenezer Group's story

Redemta, who is in her early 30s, is married with one child who goes to school. She has been running a fruit business for one and a half years. She works from 9 a.m to 8 p.m daily and is able to make a small monthly profit.

This will be her 6th loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loans to buy more fruit and to take of her child. She has paid back all her loans successfully. She wants a loan to buy more fruit and to start selling chips. Her dream is to one day be able to own a grocery.

She will share this loan with her loan group "Ebenezer" which has a total of 18 members who will hold each other accountable for paying back their loans.
