A loan of $550 helped to buy new and used clothes.

Geyzzel Eleana's story

Geyzzel is 21 years old, and she lives in the village of Buena Vista. She is a single mother, and she has a five month old son. She lives with her mother, her sister, and her brother. Geyzzel is in the process of finishing her studies.

Two years ago Geyzzel established a business selling clothes. Her mother helped her start the business with a little seed money and some labor. Geyzzel sells new and used clothes for women, men, and children. She makes her sales in an itinerant manner, and she also sells at her house. Geyzzel established her business because of the great many people who manage similar businesses and have had success with them.

She requested her first loan for 10,000 lempiras to buy clothes to increase her inventory and to stock her business more.
