A loan of $875 helped to buy a mill.

Victor's story

Victor is 33 and married to a cooked food seller. They have three children, of whom two are enrolled in school. The oldest is six and the youngest, nine months old. Victor has been working as a miller and a motorcycle taxi driver since 2008. He grinds grains for his clients, and when he has down-time, he carries whoever needs motorcycle services to the market in Agoè in Lomé.

Victor has requested his second loan from WAGES in order to buy a mill. He intends to reinvest any surplus profit into the development of his activity.

In the coming years, Victor would like to see his businesses prosper. He says that with the profit, he intends to make sure his whole family blossoms.
