A loan of $1,100 helped a member to repair the roof of her bakery.

Mavludahon's Group's story

Mavludahon is the leader of this group. She is 39 and married to a baker. With her husband, she brings up three children. Their older daughter works in a sewing workshop and the sons study at school.

Fifteen years ago, Mavludahon and her husband started baking bread. At the moment their family business runs well, and their monthly profit is about 12000 Kyrgyzstan soms (KGS). This profit made them possible to purchase furniture and to improve the family’s living conditions. With money received from this loan, Mavludahon wants to repair the roof of her bakery. In the near future she plans to celebrate her daughter’s wedding.
