Sadaqat's Group's story

A talented 41-year-old lady, Sadaqat makes paper envelopes to support her husband in his paper envelope-making and selling business. Her husband has several different contacts to whom he supplies his material and earns better profits.

Sadaqat is the mother of 3 sons. Her eldest son has a business of making artificial jewelry, while her second son is a butcher. Her third son is free nowadays.

Sadaqat has applied for a loan from Kiva partner Asasah for the further expansion of her husband's business. With the loan, her husband will buy paper and gum, in bulk, for making larger quantities of paper envelopes and increase his sales and profits. Her husband has been operating his business for the past 15 years and is hopeful that an investment will bring positive changes to his business and improve the living standard of the family as a result.
