Mrs. Kheng H., 29, is married with one school age child. She and her husband sell a variety of vegetables at a busy market and collectively earn about six dollars in revenue each day.
Mrs. H. has humbly requested a loan to rent another stand at the market to meet customer demand, thus raising her standard of living with the additional income.
