A loan of $4,100 helped a member to buy flour, eggs, salt, ham, cheese and other items.

Nueva Esperanza Group's story

The communal bank "Nueva Esperanza" has been operating for over two years, working through the Fundación Paraguaya. The members got together with a desire to provide their children with a better future, working extra hard to provide them with everything they need for their development and training. One of the members, Mrs. Cinthia, sells food and says her products are popular because she has a knack for cooking. Thanks to her work she has been able to help her family get ahead. She is requesting a loan through the foundation to buy flour, eggs, salt, ham, and cheese which are the essential ingredients for the food she prepares.
