Orlando has been living in the city of Medellín for six years. Owing to the violence, he was forced to move from the city of Granada, in Antioquia department, together with his ex-wife. Now, at 55 years of age, he has set up a delicatessen / ice-cream parlor in which he works together with his new significant other with whom he lives. This small businessman makes very good income as his is the only business of this type in the neighborhood where he currently lives with his partner and two small children. Orlando is currently requesting a loan to invest in stocking his business. He will buy a larger quantity of stock so that he is prepared for the end-of-year season when his sales increase considerably. This will enable him to achieve his dream of having a better-stocked business which makes him more profits. This will allow him to provide work for other people who need it, improve his personal income and provide for his family and children's well-being and education.
