Rose is a 32-year-old business woman who lives in Juba. She is married and has seven children between the ages of 2 and 16. Six of them go to school.
Rose runs a food store business and has been in the business for five years. She has no employees. Rose heard about Finance Sudan through other clients. She is taking a loan of 1000 SDG to purchase more food items like onions, groundnut paste, tomatoes, and many others. Other than this business, Rose has no other source of income.
In five years' time, Rose would like to hope for the increase of her business size.
Her major challenges include low income and home expenses.
Rose says that she is happy for Finance Sudan’s support in South Sudan, which has enabled clients to pay for their children's schooling.
