Maria Auxiliadora Group's story

The women of this community are from La Caacupé. At present, the group is in its third cycle. It is made up of 17 women, all of them friends and residents of this city. Their aim is to help each other mutually, so in this way they can help their respective families.

The president of the committee is Limpia. She lives with her husband and children. She sells food, through which she gets the income necessary to help her husband support the home. She says that she has a lot of customers who always buy the food she makes from her. As with her fellow members, she is very satisfied with the support from Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva.

She is asking for the loan to buy the ingredients she uses to make her food such as meat, condiments, vegetables, bread products and more. She is grateful to the Foundation for the opportunity that this gives her.
