Elle vendait l'huile de palme avant de commencer cette activite.Elle a fait ses études jusqu’en 8e année de l'ecole secondaire. Elle est veuve et mere de 3 enfants qui etudient.
Le crédit Kiva de 400,000 francs burundais qu’elle obtient lui permet d’augmenter son capital pour acheter de grandes quantités de produits vivriers (haricot, riz, farine, etc) à revendre afin de réaliser de grands bénéfices.
