A loan of $1,200 helped to buy milk cows for her dairy business.

Norah Esther's story

Srta. Norah, 18, now lives in an area of Cochabamba called Aziru Marca. She is single and lives with her mother.

Norah operates a dairy business. She sells milk to buyers who use it to make different products. She has worked at the business for 2 years and, in truth, she is in charge of the business because her mother is old and can't manage the cattle.

Norah is applying for a loan to buy more milk cows. She wants to grow the business her mother started and increase her earnings. Norah's goal is to increase her milk production and, in turn, her income so that she can provide for her mother and improve their quality of life.
