Kassem is a 45-year-old married man and the father of four children. He has been the owner of a vegetable shop for 15 years. This is Kassem’s only source of income and he works hard to support his family. Kassem is applying for a loan from Al Majmoua-Kiva for the first time, in order to improve his shop by investing in special tables to display his vegetables. He will also purchase highly-requested vegetables that he has not been able to afford.
Kassem hopes to expand his business in the future through starting in wholesale trade and developing a good inheritance for his children.
