Folly's story

Folly is a 44-year-old man. He is unmarried.
Folly has worked as a retailer since 2003. He buys and sells rechargeable phone cards and "Pure Water" (mineral water sold in packets) in bulk to all types of customers at a store located in Lomé. He buys his goods from other wholesalers in Lomé. He works by himself at his store.
Folly has requested his first loan from WAGES in order to buy rechargeable phone cards and "Pure Water" in bulk for resale. He wants to reinvest his supplementary profits in his business in order to expand his store.
In the coming years, Folly would like to diversify his merchandise. He says that with his profits, he foresees ensuring his financial independence.
