Ayida's story

Aiyda was born in the village of Min-Kush, in the Jumgalskiy region of Narynskaya province, Republic of Kyrgyzstan. She is not married and is raising four children. Ayida was born in a simple family of a farmer. When Ayida was six years old her parents decided to move to the village of Sosnovka in the Jayilskiy region, Chuyskaya province, Republic of Kyrgyzstan, where they got a job at the local weaving factory, her mother as a worker and her father as a driver. Ayida finished school in Sosnovka. After graduation Ayida enrolled in the polytechnic institute in the city of Bishkek (the capital of Kyrgyzstan) majoring in weaving.

In 1994 when she was twenty years old in her third year in college Ayida got married. She had to leave school to devote her time to family. Her husband worked in the collective farm of the village of Sosnovka and after their wedding the collective farm where he worked had given them a land parcel to build a house. Ayida found a job in the Carpet factory which was in the town of Karabalta, and her husband was doing agriculture and animal husbandry. In 1997 Ayida gave birth to a daughter, then in 1999 and 2000 she had two sons and in 2003 she had another lovely daughter. They continued working, she at the factory and he was taking care of the business. They had a home based business.

In 2006 Ayida's husband left her. She was steadfast and survived through this time. She had to leave her job at the factory to completely devote herself to the children and their business.

At this time thanks to her persistence and diligence Ayida has two milk cows, three heifers and seven heads of sheep, as well as several hectares of land which she rents our annually where she grows potatoes and other vegetables. For further growth of her business Ayida came to Bai Tushum and Partners for the loan in the amount of 50,000 KGS to increase the amount of cattle.

In time Ayida dreams to expand the area of the shed and increase the headcount of the cattle. She also dreams to buy a good apartment in the town of Karabalta using the proceeds from the business.
