A loan helped to buy products for juice-making.

Nathalie's story

Nathalie, 44, is single and the mother of two children. She has been working as a small-scale retailer since 2006 preparing fruit juice and selling it to all comers in the market in Gbossimé. She buys the products used to prepare her juice in Lomé. She works with two persons.

Nathalie has requested her first loan from WAGES to buy flavoring agents, baking powder, small bags, and "bissap" (dried hibiscus flowers) to prepare juices. She wants to use her extra profit to expand her little activity.

In the coming years, Nathalie would like to see her business prosper. She says that with the profit she expects to take good care of her children.
