A loan of $1,475 helped a member to buy clothing to sell.

Tory Group's story

These eleven women from the Chaco came together in order to work together to help their families. They are determined, hardworking, enterprising women. They are currently in the first loan cycle in the Fundación Paraguaya's program for women entrepreneurs, and they'd like to make the most of it. One of the members is Nelida, who sells all kinds of clothing. Her work earns her a good income that allows her to offer her family the basic conditions for a decent, dignified life. She would like to keep going with her business, and is asking for support from the Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva. She is requesting this loan to buy all kinds of clothing for the approaching season, which will help her fill her customers' requests.
