Luong, age 45, operates an Internet shop in front of her house. She lives with her husband and two children in Ho Chi Minh City. Her husband is working for an electricity company.
Luong has been engaged in her current business for three years. She would like to request a loan to improve her business by upgrading some old computers and buying more games to attract more customers. She is confident that these additions will help her to run her business smoothly and earn a higher income for her family.
