A loan of $300 helped to install electricity in his home.

Misael Anani's story

Misael is 46 years old, lives with his life partner and their three children.

He makes a living as a mason and already has thirty years of experience. He began as an assistant to a mason and now has extensive knowledge about his livelihood. At the same time, he is teaching his children this trade so that they can fend for themselves in life.

Misael is requesting a loan from Fundación Campo in order to install electricity in their home, as they have never had their own means to do so. Once they get electricity, he intends to start a small shop together with his wife. His wife already makes a living selling tortillas and it would be a great help to have energy in the house. In this way, they will improve their living conditions. In the future he wants to expand his house and construct it with brick, as currently it is made of sheet metal. With the help of the loan and his family Misael says that they will be able to achieve this.
