Mercedes fabrica ladrillos y los vende en Compañía, tiene una tienda de abarrotes, ella empezó ayudando a sus padres, siempre tuvieron este negocio, ahora Mercedes tiene su propio capital, trabajan con máquinas pesadas que con mucho esfuerzo ha podido comprarse. En los momentos mas difíciles FINCA Peru le brindó el apoyo que necesitaba, solo trabaja con Finca y ya no es necesario ir a otro Banco, ahora el préstamo lo invertirá para poder contratar a dos peones mas para que puedan trabajar mas rápido porque ya vienen la época de lluvia y ahí es mas lento el trabajo. Su meta es poder construir su casa en Ayacucho.
