A loan of $1,050 helped to buy merchandise such as pencils, notebooks, erasers, pens, etc.

Erenia Maritza's story

Erenia is 50 years old and lives in a suburb called "Suburbio". She started her own business 13 years ago. She runs a bazaar located in the front part of her house. She started this business with a small business selling soft drinks and which with a small capital investment she grew into what is now a bazaar. She works Monday through Friday from 08:00 until 22:00. The problem she faces is crime as her area has become dangerous.

She is asking for a loan to purchase merchandise such as: pencils, notebooks, erasers, pens, etc. Her dream is that with 'la bendicion de Dios' ('God's blessing') and the help of the communal bank D-Miro she can start growing her business in the areas that are the most profitable.
