A loan of $1,200 helped to buy children's clothing in bundles.

Ruben Javier's story

Sr. Rubén sells children’s clothing and has been in this business for more than three years. He inherited this business from his older sister because she no longer wanted to continue. With great effort, he established a new market by traveling to Santa Cruz and Oruro where he is able to restock his merchandise. To date, he has more than 50 established customers who are extended credit for buying clothing at wholesale. Rubén sells at the fairs as a wholesaler from dawn until noon. He has worked hard to build up his assets and is grateful to Emprender for providing the support for his current and future needs.

Rubén lives at the home of a relative. He is single, but plans to start a family in the future. The money from this loan will be used to buy clothing in bulk since he has an order that he needs to fulfill.
