Deggo Group's story

The Deggo solidarity group was created on the 16th of June 2009. It is made up of 22 women from the same area. Their main business activity is commerce.

Fatoumata is the group's leader. She is 23 years old, married, and has three children. She also cares for two other children.

Fatoumata's business is selling women's and children's clothes. She has good experience in this line of work.

Fatoumata's loan will allow her to stock up with a sufficient quantity and quality of clothes so that she can meet the demands of her customers who continue to increase in number.

Fatoumata's goal is to cover the school and health expenses of the children she cares for and to obtain business funds with which to open a store.
