Irene works making arts and crafts. She creates work with a variety of motifs, but all are recreations of the Andean period and the arrival of the Spaniards. She makes artworks like chess boards, and the pieces are the Incas against the Spaniards in the Conquest. The pieces are unique and colorful. The wood box to carry the pieces is often requested by tourists.

The photo is divided because, by mutual agreement, one group got together at a set time, while the other two seated women in the photo came an hour later and the other one is in her place of business near the place of the meeting but was unable to attend.

La socia es la Sra. Irene; La socia tiene 32 años de edad, la socia es casada, la socia tiene 4 hijos de 12, 7, 3, 1 años de edad; la socia se dedica a la artesanía la socia realiza trabajos de diferentes motivos pero todos ellos recreaciones de la época andina y la llegada de los españoles, la socia realiza trabajos como ajedrez y las fichas, estas fichas son los inkas contra los españoles en la conquista, las fichas son únicas y coloridas, el tablero de madera que encierra las fichas para trasladarlas y es muy solicitada por los turistas, la socia desea invertir el préstamo en la compra de materiales para la elaboración de las diversas piezas. La socia solicita el préstamo para invertir en la compra de materiales para la realización de las diferentes fichas de ajedrez.
Los otros socios se dedican principalmente a la artesanía, ellos elaboran y venden diferentes trabajos hechos en arcilla, como ceniceros, tazas, silbatos, adornos para el hogar y la jardinería, también una socia tiene su tienda de abarrotes, la otra socia vende verduras en el mercado central, otra socia tiene su restaurante y así cada socia con sus negocios.
La foto está dividida porque por acuerdo mutuo un grupo se reunió en una hora pactada mientras las otras dos señoras en la foto sentadas vinieron 1 hora más tarde y la otra señora está en su negocio cerca al local de reunión y no pudo asistir.
La socia agradece el préstamo y se compromete a cumplir con el pago de sus cuotas de acuerdo al cronograma de pagos.
