Ena Del Carmen's story

Ena del Carmen lives in her own house with her daughter who is already married and has her husband living with her in the same house. Ena makes delicious tortillas to sell. She’s a responsible, hardworking woman who has had to work her entire life to support her family. Thanks to her charisma she’s managed to establish a large clientele and every day her customers prefer her more since she’s a tenacious, honest and, above all, kind woman.
For Ena, the most important thing is that her customers are satisfied with her delicious tortillas that she hygienically makes and this is why she rises very early every day to have her delicious tortillas ready to offer her customers.

She’s decided to ask for this loan because her dream is to see her business flourish to reach better sales levels and consequently higher income that will help her improve her and her family’s quality of life. She will use the loan to buy larger amounts of raw materials (corn, propane gas, water, lime powder, etc.) needed to make the delicious tortillas that she sells daily to her customers. She has faith that she will reach her goal of improving her and her family’s quality of life this way.
