A loan of $1,075 helped to buy supplies for her grocery store.

Severiana's story

Severiana is a hard-working persevering woman. She is married but none of her children depend on her, as all of them are married. She is known by her nickname of Sevi in her community.

She has had a grocery store for more than 30 years that her parents left her. She is asking for a loan in order to invest in her grocery store. She tells us, "I want to supply my grocery store as this is how my husband and I earn our daily bread and it is all we have, and this is why we are asking for a loan in order for my business to grow."

She comments that she will buy soap, bleach, cookies, soft drinks, bottles of water, milk, eggs, and other items. She is very happy because she wants to improve her business.

Severiana's dream is to buy and sell construction material and she already has a place next to her grocery store, which is empty, and she wants to take advantage of it.
