A loan of $900 helped a member to purchase livestock.

Bargek's Group's story

Bargek is the leader of this group. She is 63 and unfortunately, she is a widow. Bargek has raised three sons, the youngest lives with her and the other two live independently.

Eleven years ago with an initial investment of 5000 Soms, Bargek purchased two animals and since then has been breeding livestock. Reselling livestock after fattening, she earns about 3000 Soms per month.

With money received from the loan, she wants to purchase more livestock for breeding, fattening and for further reselling.
