The Tessito group was created in November 2006, on the day the "banc villageois" was inaugurated. It is composed of 17 women who live in the same neighborhood. Their principal activity is small-scale retailing.

Madame Marieandre (standing fifth, left to right), is the leader of the group. She is 73, married and the mother of five children. She sells children's clothing and chicken thighs, as she has been doing for five years now.

With this loan she counts on buying children's clothing to sell during the back-to-school period.

The profit from her business will permit her to put aside savings and help her husband with food expenses and school fees.

Le groupe Tessito est créé en Novembre 2006 au jour de l’inauguration du banc villageois. Il est composé de 17 femmes qui habitent le même quartier. Elles ont comme activité principale le petit commerce.

Madame MARIEANDRE, (debout en cinquième position de la gauche vers la droite), est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 37 ans, est mariée et mère de 05 enfants. Elle vend des vêtements pour enfants et des cuisses de poulet. Activité qu’elle pratique depuis plus de 05 ans.

Avec ce prêt elle compte acheter des vêtements pour enfants en vu des les revendre durant la rentrée des classes.

Les bénéfices de son activité lui permettront d’épargner et de soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge alimentaire et scolaire.
